All our courses, exams, and educational materials are delivered online in digital format. Once access is granted or course materials are delivered, they are considered consumed services and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Services:
Payments made for online exams, courses, subscriptions, Reward Registration or study materials are generally non-refundable once the user account has been activated or content access has been granted. - Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:- Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
- Transaction failure with payment deduction.
- Course/service not delivered due to technical issues on our end.
- Refund Request Procedure:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited back to the original payment method.
3. Course/Exam Enrollment Changes
Once a course or exam registration is confirmed, no transfer, cancellation, or substitution is permitted unless specified under special promotional terms.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience any technical issues while accessing the content or exam platform, please contact our support team immediately. Our team will assist in resolving the issue, but such cases do not qualify for a refund once content access is initiated.
